The Master System Program of Vipal´s Authorized Network is made up of equipment that offers a new standard of quality in tire retreads.

By automating the autoclave, process replication is guaranteed, managing time, temperature and pressure and keeping a record of the whole vulcanization process and long distance monitoring in real time. The Master retreader has total and detailed monitoring of the entire vulcanization process. A system that includes a CLP, commanded by an exclusive software that controls the operation of the autoclave, the third pressure and the vacuum pump. This system allows precise monitoring of each tire and quick solutions in the event of a problem in the vulcanization process.

In this way, the Master Authorized Retreader can guarantee the tire up to its 3rd retread, and this means greater reliability for the retread.
